Who We Are
- We are a group of homeowners and local citizens concerned with how the city of Shoreview allows the development of its remaining green space.
- A current site under proposed development is the former Union Gospel Mission Campsite
The Core Issue
- The property is currently zoned as “institutional”. The developer is requesting that the city rezone it to "high density" and/or “mixed use” which would allow the developer to build to the maximum amount of density allowed in the city.
- This density creates a host of problems.
